He was extraordinarily thorough; provided comprehensive yet realistic solutions to problems such as how to take care of pets; patiently explained why certain things were done as they were; met deadlines; and provided assistance beyond the scope of just writing documents. I opted to transfer items into the trust myself and David provided me with the necessary guidance at no extra cost. I needed a document notarized ASAP and David saw that it happened.
